Is it normal for a client to be unhappy even though they were present at the shoot the entire time and said they were happy? How do you avoid situations like this when someone is giving you mixed messages or even changing their opinion entirely in hindsight? Yes, it’s okay to change your mind or to see images differently once you sit down and look at them longer, but it’s your job to decide if you’re happy in the moment we are shooting - THAT IS THE REASON YOU ARE THERE. It becomes impossible to please someone, and it makes my job fucking difficult (see: also impossible).
